All of the drain pipes, and fire separations had to be upgraded to meet todays standards. The space was also previously 2 units. Structural improvements were completed to combine the two spaces in a way that made the new office flow in the best way possible for the client. The project also included architectural, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Specifically significant soundproofing, medical grade outlets, custom millwork, curved walls and trim, LED down lighting, custom glazing, and an accessible bathroom.

The building is a LEED certified space, so special care had to be taken with energy efficiency in order to maintain this certification.
