Project Description
This was a Design Build of a detached garden suite in Barrie Ontario. It’s a 3 bedroom house we built from the ground up. Including upgrades to hydro and water. New foundation, grading, framing, roofing, siding, interior finishes and landscaping. This is one of our own developments and we still own this unit and is currently rented.
